We are Southern Ruin, the compact rock n' roll band with the big sound; a duo by choice and design.

We're all about playing the best rock n roll from across the decades from Elvis to the The Killers, but with our unique style, we put a reassuringly different spin on the rock n' roll hall of fame. The result; a high energy, rock n roll banquet with some fresh new flavours.

If you like, we can soup-up that acoustic temp too if you want to get your boogie on. Then, there's the full-on turbo charged electric set with all energy you could want. Or... you can have it all!

We can cater this towards something slower to capture a particular vibe or keep the tempo up so you can boogie.

I Want it All

We have the ability to play both acoustic and electric, usually in that order, but it’s up to you. This is great when you want it more relaxed initially followed by a gear shift to something more rowdy when people are ready to cut loose.
